Absolute fairytale! Check-in and concierge service was exceptional. Deluxe king room with superb bathroom and breathtaking views. Convenient free shuttle to center of Florence. Breakfast included, delicious and plentiful. Can't wait to return!

The hotel is located in the cool hills above Florence, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere away from the bustling city. The view from the pool offers extensive views over Florence and the Chianti countryside. We were delighted with the hidden scenic path into Fiesole that one of the managers showed us. The wonderful walks and vistas made our stay even more memorable. Waking up to the sound of songbirds and breathtaking views of Florence was truly magical. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nestled in the enchanting Fiesole hills overlooking Florence, this hotel offers a fairytale experience. From the moment of arrival, we were treated like royalty by the friendly and attentive staff. The deluxe king room provided luxurious comfort with a magnificent bathroom fit for a king. The breathtaking views from the window left us in awe. The included breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the hotel's lovely garden in the hills provided a serene escape. The free shuttle to Florence city center was a convenient bonus, making transportation hassle-free.

Good , This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with exclusive amenities like spa treatments, a delightful sun terrace and an outdoor swimming pool. the service was attentive and quick. the continental breakfast was delicious with a great selection and in, room breakfast was a pleasant experience. the location advantage of having a fantastic view over the city of Florence makes it a perfect venue to explore the city.
Bad , Unfortunately, the packed lunches were unavailable and the bar/lounge area could have had a wider selection of drinks.
